And, while we're on the subject of coffee, I'd like to share a terrfic cappuccino recipe that a FB pal of mine sent to me.

French Vanilla Cappuccino

--1 1/3 C. Sugar
--1 1/3 C. Powdered coffee creamer(french van flavored)
--2/3 C powdered instant dry milk
--2/3 C. Instant coffee granules

In a large bowl combine ingredients and mix well. The mix will fit in a wide mouth 1qt jar. To make: Add 4tsp mix to 8oz (1cup) boiling water...enjoy!
