I love Betty Crocker and all of their fabulous products. Suddenly Salad is no exception! With summer in full swing, I’m always looking for light, fresh tasting dishes to serve with our dinner. Suddenly Salad is a great choice and something the whole family loves! While I generally choose the Classic variety, I may just have a new favorite to snatch off the shelves! Limited Edition Suddenly Salad Greek! 
Suddenly Salad Greek is a quick, easy way to add excitement to your next BBQ, picnic or family dinner. With all of Suddenly Salad’s flavor options and stir-in ideas you can have a new pasta salad every time!
My Thoughts:
Suddenly Salad Greek is super easy to make. Boil the pasta for about 12 minutes. Meanwhile, stir together Seasoning Mix, 1/3 Cup cold water and 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil. Drain Pasta and rinse. Next, stir pasta into seasoning mixture.
I didn't have any extra ingredients on hand, like tomatoes, cucumbers or basil, but if I had, these would have been yummy additions to this salad. I had some crumbled mozzarella cheese that I added, and that gave it a nice kick! I refrigerated the leftovers and ate them the next day.
Refrigerating the salad only made it better; this is definitely a salad that is really good the day after!

All I can say is YUMM!!!! My favorite is Creamy Parmesan, and I add grilled chicken to it, unfortunetly I can eat the whole box in one day its just that good. my email is on my blog if I win ;)
