Tropical Tangy Fruit Salad
Ingredients:
1/4 cup honey1 cup plain lowfat yogurt
1 mango, peeled, pitted and chopped
1 tbsp lime juice
4 bananas, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch slices
2 navel oranges, white pith discarded, cut
crosswise into 1/4 inch slices
Cooking Directions:
Combine oranges, bananas, and mangos in a
salad bowl. Add lime juice and toss. Combinehoney and yogurt in another bowl. Pour over fruit
and toss before serving.
Sounds yummy! I going to have to check it out. I love trying new recipes.
